BAR BITES MENU - OCTOBER 21-25, 2019

All menu items are free of refined sugar, gluten, dairy, soy, and artificial ingredients. 
Dishes may contain nuts and/or seeds. If you have an allergy, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.

Menu includes one salad, two mains, one vegetable, one starch, & one dessert.

- SALAD -

Avocado Ranch Salad - Baby spinach and mixed greens, chickpeas, radishes, tomatoes, cucumber, and avocado, with a cashew ranch dressing (V,P)**

- MAINS (Select 2) -

Buffalo Chicken Bites - Baked chicken bites tossed in gluten-free breading and capsaicin hot sauce, and served with a dairy-free cashew "ranch dressing" and celery sticks (P)**)

Bison Nachos - Baked sweet potato rounds topped with bison, red onion, jalapeno, tomato, crushed tortilla chips, and our famous cauliflower nacho "cheese" sauce. Served with guacamole and cashew sour cream (P)**

Hemp Seed Crusted Salmon (+$2) – Gluten-free, hemp seed-crusted salmon with lemon and herbs (P)*

Buffalo Cauliflower Bites - Baked cauliflower bites tossed in gluten-free breading, and served with capsaicin hot sauce, dairy-free cashew "ranch dressing" and celery sticks (V,P)**

- VEGETABLE -

Zucchini "Fries"- Baked zucchini fries with sea salt and parsley (V,P)

- STARCH -

Kale Artichoke Dip - Dairy-free creamy artichoke dip with crudite and gluten-free, super seed quinoa crackers (V)* **

- DESSERT -

Cacao Brownies – Gluten and refined sugar-free brownies made from cacao, eggs, coconut oil, and Grade A maple syrup (P)**
