THANKSGIVING MENU - NOVEMBER 25-27, 2019

All menu items are free of refined sugar, gluten, dairy, soy, and artificial ingredients. 
Dishes may contain nuts and/or seeds. If you have an allergy, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.

Menu includes one salad, two mains, one vegetable, one starch, & one dessert.

- SALAD -

Brussels Kale Slaw - Shaved Brussels sprouts and kale with pickled fresnos, red onions, shredded carrots, and a vidalia onion dressing (V, P)

- MAINS (Select 2) -

Herb Roasted Turkey Breast - Organic turkey breast with rosemary, garlic, thyme, and sage (P)

Honey Glazed Ham - Bone-in smoked ham with coconut sugar and clover honey glaze (P)

Pomegranate Jalapeno Salmon (+$2) - Salmon with pomegranate seeds, jalapeno peppers, and herb salsa (P)

Paleo Biscuits - Grain-free almond flour biscuits with coconut honey butter (P)**

Lentil Stuffed Delicata Squash - Roasted Delicata squash stuffed with lentils, broccoli, hemp seeds, spinach, and herbs (V)

Green Bean Casserole - with Wild Mushrooms, Cashew Cream, & Crispy Shallots

- STARCH -

Quinoa Stuffing - with Butternut Squash, Kale, Turkey Sausage Roasted Honeycrisp Apple, & Cranberries

- DESSERT -

Pumpkin Pie - GF pumpkin pie with cinnamon, ginger, and coconut (P)
