CHILI BAR MENU - NOVEMBER 18-22, 2019

All menu items are free of refined sugar, gluten, dairy, soy, and artificial ingredients. 
Dishes may contain nuts and/or seeds. If you have an allergy, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.

Menu includes one salad, two mains, one vegetable, one starch, & one dessert.

- SALAD -

Southwest Kale Salad - Massaged kale with romaine, avocado, tomatoes, cucumbers, grilled corn, charred bell peppers, and a roasted red pepper camu camu vinaigrette (V)

- MAINS (Select 2) -

Chicken and White Bean Chili - Chicken breast and white beans with poblano peppers, onion, and spices (GF, DF)

Bison Goji Chili - Ground bison, heirloom beans, stewed vine-ripened tomatoes, goji berries, onion, bell peppers, and ancho chili seasoning

Moringa Lime Shrimp (+$2) - Grilled shrimp marinated with chili, moringa, and lime (P)

Adzuki Bean Chili - Vegan chili with slow cooked adzuki beans, chili's, tomatoes, and our homemade vegetable stock (V)

- VEGETABLE -

Cilantro Lime Cauliflower Rice - Cauliflower "rice" infused with cilantro and lime

- STARCH -

Sweet Potato Cornbread - Gluten-free cornbread with jalapeno and sweet potato

- DESSERT -

Apple Cider Doughnut - Baked doughnuts made from almond & coconut flour, applesauce, cider, cinnamon & spices (GF)
