ITALIAN FARMHOUSE MENU - NOVEMBER 4-8, 2019

All menu items are free of refined sugar, gluten, dairy, soy, and artificial ingredients. 
Dishes may contain nuts and/or seeds. If you have an allergy, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.

Menu includes one salad, two mains, one vegetable, one starch, & one dessert.

- SALAD -

Mediterranean Chopped Salad - Chopped salad with beet pickled shallots, watermelon radishes, tomatoes, olives, and a tomato vinaigrette (V, P)

- MAINS (Select 2) -

Chicken "Parm" - Baked chicken in gluten-free breading with homemade, goji marinara sauce (P, GF, DF)**

Bison Lasagna - Sauteed bison, onion and garlic, layered in gluten-free butternut squash "noodles" with dairy-free cashew "mozzarella" and fresh basil (P) **

Pesto Salmon (+$2) - Salmon filet with hemp seed moringa basil pesto (P)

Vegetable Lasagna - Layers of roasted peppers, zucchini, and mushrooms with our homemade refined sugar-free tomato sauce and dairy-free almond "ricotta" (V, P)**

- VEGETABLE -

Garlicky Broccoli Rabe & White Beans - Broccoli rabe sauteed in garlic and olive oil with buttery white beans (V)

- STARCH -

Warm Tuscan Quinoa Salad - With chopped kale, herb medley, & baby grape tomatoes (V, GF, DF)

- DESSERT -

Cinnamon Pear Tart - Gluten-free oat and almond tart with Bartlett pears, cinnamon, and coconut whipped cream (GF, DF)
