Grilled Zucchini - Zucchini and summer squash with arugula, dill, parsley, basil, mint, pumpkin seeds, and lemon vinaigrette (V,P)

- STARCH -

Warm Tuscan Quinoa Salad - With chopped kale, herb medley, white beans, & baby grape tomatoes (V)

- DESSERT -

Peach Crisp - Summer ripe peaches topped with crunchy oats and coconut whipped cream (V)
