Arugula Fig Salad - Arugula with granny smith apples, figs, avocado, cucumbers, blueberries, mint, lemon vinaigrette, and toasted almonds on the side (V, P) **

Classic Shepherd's Pie - Ground beef sauteed with carrots, celery, and onions and topped with mashed root vegetables (P)

Balsamic Chicken - Herb roasted chicken breasts with a balsamic glaze (P)

Lentil Shepherd's Pie - French lentils sauteed with carrots, celery, and onions and topped with mashed root vegetables (V)

Lemony Brussels & Kale - Charred Brussels sprouts, kale, and lemon (V, P)

- STARCH -

Pomegranate Kabocha Squash - Roasted kabocha squash with pumpkin seeds and a pomegranate vinaigrette (V, P)*

- DESSERT -

Matcha Chocolate Chunk Cookies - Gluten and refined sugar-free cookies baked with almond and coconut flour blend and organic matcha, garnished with coconut (P) **
