Gremolata Market Fish - Seared white fish with a flavorful hemp seed parsley gremolata (P)

Chimichurri Cauliflower Steaks - Charred cauliflower steaks and grilled vegetables with an herbaceous chimichurri sauce (V,P)

Chimichurri Vegetables - Grilled asparagus, bell peppers, zucchini, and red onions with a bright oregano chimichurri sauce (V,P)

Wild Rice Salad - Wild rice with roasted poblano peppers, cilantro, avocado, roasted red onions, and pumpkin seeds (V)*
