Strawberry Avocado Green Salad - Strawberries, avocado, arugula, watercress, cucumbers, and chia seeds tossed in a champagne vinaigrette with toasted walnuts on the side (V, P)**

- MAINS -

Shishito Chicken - Oven baked chicken breast with Shishito peppers, charred lemon, garlic, parsley , oregano, and thyme (P)

Red Pepper Sea Bass - Pan seared sea bass with red pepper, camu camu, and preserved lemon jam (P)

Shishito Portobellos - Roasted portobello mushrooms with Shishito peppers, charred lemon, garlic, parsley , oregano, and thyme (V,P)

- VEGETABLE -

Cilantro Rainbow Carrots - Local rainbow carrots with herbs, sunflower seeds, and a cilantro carrot dressing.(V,P) *

- STARCH -

Goji Quinoa Salad - White quinoa with goji berries, asparagus, basil, white balsamic, and toasted almonds on the side (V)

- DESSERT -

Mini Frosted Blueberry Cupcakes - Gluten-free blueberry cupcakes with our homemade refined sugar-free vanilla coconut frosting (P, GF, DF) **
