Goji Kale Salad - Massaged kale, avocado, and goji berries with a light citrus dressing (V, P)

- MAINS -

Chicken with Jalapeno Avocado Sauce - Roasted chicken with cumin, paprika, and oregano, served with an avocado cilantro green sauce (P)

Caribbean Jerk Salmon - Coriander, cinnamon and ginger rubbed salmon with mango-goji salsa (P)

Black Beans - Slow-cooked black beans with Latin spices and garlic (V)

- VEGETABLE -

Caribbean Peppers - Bell peppers and grilled pineapple with cilantro and lime (V,P)

- STARCH -

Plantains & Sweet Potatoes - Roasted plantains, sweet potatoes, and black beans with cilantro and scallions (V,P )

- DESSERT -

Mango Crumble - Ripe mango backed with cinnamon and dates, and topped with gluten-free crunchy oats (V)
