Strawberry Avocado Green Salad - Strawberries, avocado, arugula, watercress, cucumbers, and chia seeds tossed in a champagne vinaigrette with toasted walnuts on the side (V, P)**

- MAINS -

Chicken Pot Pie - Sautéed onions, celery, cauliflower, carrots, and roasted chicken breast meat in a creamy cauliflower bone broth gravy with gluten-free biscuit topping (P)

Red Pepper Sea Bass - Pan seared sea bass with red pepper, camu camu, and preserved lemon jam (P)

White Bean Pot Pie - Sauteed onions, celery, cauliflower, potatoes, and stewed white beans, with a gluten-free biscuit topping (V)

- VEGETABLE -

Garlic Lemon Swiss Chard - Swiss chard sautéed with roasted garlic and lemon (V,P)

- STARCH -

Sweet & Savory Honeynut Squash - Thinly sliced caramelized honeynut squash topped with rosemary and cracked pepper (V, P)

- DESSERT -

Mini Raspberry Cheesecakes - Bite-sized, creamy cheesecakes with cashew, raspberry, & beets (P, V, GF, DF)**
