Blueberry Arugula Salad - Arugula with granny smith apples, figs, avocado, cucumbers, blueberries, mint, lemon vinaigrette, and toasted almonds on the side (V, P)**

- MAINS (Select 2) -

Herb Chicken - Oven baked chicken breast and thigh with charred lemon, garlic, parsley, thyme, and rosemary (P)

Pesto Salmon - Salmon filet with hemp seed moringa basil pesto (P)

Lemon Herb Cauliflower - Roasted cauliflower and chickpeas with charred lemon, garlic, and parsley, thyme (V, P)

- VEGETABLE -

Lemon Herb Vegetable Medley - Sautéed asparagus, peas, artichokes, and radishes with lemon and fresh seasonal herbs (V)

- STARCH -

Quinoa Mac & “Cheese” - Gluten-free quinoa pasta blended with creamy turmeric, cauliflower, and butternut squash "cheese" sauce (V)**

- DESSERT -

Cacao Brownies - Gluten and refined sugar-free brownies made from cacao, eggs, coconut oil, and Grade A maple syrup (P)**
