Mediterranean Chopped Salad - Chopped salad with beet pickled shallots, watermelon radishes, tomatoes, olives, and a tomato vinaigrette (V, P)

- MAINS -

Bison Lasagna - Sauteed bison, onion and garlic, layered in gluten-free butternut squash "noodles" with dairy-free cashew "mozzarella" and fresh basil (P) **

Rosemary Garlic Shrimp - Wild shrimp marinated with rosemary & garlic (P)

Vegetable Lasagna - Layers of roasted peppers, zucchini, and mushrooms with our homemade refined sugar-free tomato sauce and dairy-free almond "ricotta" (V,P)**

Garlicky Broccoli Rabe & White Beans - Broccoli rabe sauteed in garlic and olive oil with buttery white beans (V)

- STARCH -

Sale & Pepe "Spaghetti" - Spagetti squash "noodles" with olive oil, salt, and pepper (V, P)

- DESSERT -

Mini Raspberry “Cheesecakes” - Bite-sized, creamy cheesecakes with cashew, raspberry, & beets (P, V, GF, DF)**
