Avocado Wedge Salad - Iceberg wedge, watercress, tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions, and avocado with a red wine shallot vinaigrette (V,P)

- MAINS -

Not Your Mom’s Meatloaf - Beef with onions, carrots, celery, fennel, oregano, coconut flour, and our homemade refined sugar-free tomato sauce (P)

Almond-Crusted Chicken Fingers - Gluten-free, baked chicken fingers served with our homemade refined sugar-free beet ketchup and wild honey mustard (P)

Mushroom Lentil "Meatloaf" - Hearty "meatloaf" with quinoa, lentils, mushrooms and our homemade refined sugar-free tomato sauce (V)

- VEGETABLE -

Garlicky Greens - Swiss chard, arugula, and spinach gently sauteed with roasted garlic (V, P)

- STARCH -

Garlic Mashed Caulitatoes - Lightly mashed cauliflower and potato with garlic, cracked pepper, and olive oil (V)

- DESSERT -

Matcha Chocolate Chunk Cookies - Gluten and refined sugar-free cookies baked with almond and coconut flour blend and organic matcha, garnished with coconut (GF, DF, P) **
