Citrus Avocado Salad - Medley of tangerines, Cara Cara oranges, grapefruit, pomegranate seeds, and avocado served on a bed of endive and lettuces with a citrus mint dressing (V,P)

Chimichurri Cauliflower Steaks - Charred cauliflower steaks and grilled vegetables with an herbaceous chimichurri sauce (V,P)


Marinated Vegetables - Grilled asparagus, bell peppers, zucchini, and red onions with a bright oregano chimichurri sauce (V, P)


Purple Fingerling Potatoes - Roasted potatoes with fresh herbs and extra virgin olive oil (V)
