All menu items are free of refined sugar, gluten, dairy, soy, and artificial ingredients. 
Dishes may contain nuts and/or seeds. If you have an allergy, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.

Menu includes one salad, two mains, one vegetable, one starch, & one dessert.


Orange Avocado Kale Salad - Massaged kale with oranges, beets, and avocado, served with a citrus dressing and toasted pecans (on side) (V, P)

GF Pan-Fried Chicken - Crispy chicken breasts coasted in almond flour, turmeric, and spices and served with our wild honey mustard

Lemon Dill Salmon (+$2) - Lemon and dill infused salmon fillets served over watercress with a side of our homemade dairy-free cashew cucumber "tzatziki" (P)

Lemon Herb Chicken - Oven baked chicken breast and thigh with charred lemon, garlic, parsley, thyme, and rosemary (P)

Lemon Herb Cauliflower - Roasted cauliflower and chickpeas with charred lemon, garlic, and parsley, thyme (V)


Sugar Snaps - Summer snap peas with radishes, shallots, and dill (V,P)


Heirloom Carrot and Quinoa Salad - Local rainbow carrots tossed with spring onions and sunflower seed carrot top pesto over a bed of quinoa (V)*


Berry Rhubarb Crumble - Slow-cooked berries, and rhubarb topped with gluten-free crunchy oat & lucuma streusel (V)
