All menu items are free of refined sugar, gluten, dairy, soy, and artificial ingredients. 
Dishes may contain nuts and/or seeds. If you have an allergy, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.

Menu includes one salad, two mains, one vegetable, one starch, & one dessert.

- SALAD -

Strawberry Avocado Green Salad - Strawberries, avocado, arugula, watercress, cucumbers, and chia seeds tossed in a camu camu champagne vinaigrette with toasted walnuts on the side (V, P)*

- MAINS (Select 2) -

Avocado Chicken Salad - Roasted chicken breast tossed with cilantro, tomatoes, red onion, and a dairy-free creamy avocado dressing, served with lettuce wraps and gluten-free bread (P)

Bison Sliders - Bison patties with fresh cucumber pickles on toasted sweet potato "buns" (GF, DF, V, P)

Lemon Dill Salmon Cakes (+$2) - Lemon and dill infused salmon patties served over watercress with a side of our homemade dairy-free cashew cucumber "tzatziki" (P)

Spicy Black Bean Burger - Black bean burgers with zucchini, poblano peppers, and spices topped with cilantro avocado sauce and served on sweet potato “buns” or in lettuce wraps (V)

- VEGETABLE -

Minty Zucchini Spears - Grilled zucchini spears with mint cilantro gremolata (V,P)

- STARCH -

Summer Quinoa Salad - Quinoa with snap peas, sun gold tomatoes, radishes, cucumber, and cilantro-lime dressing (V)

- DESSERT -

Strawberry Shortcake - Make your own strawberry shortcake with macerated strawberries, gluten-free biscuits, and coconut whipped cream (V,P)
