Pear Pecan Kale Salad - Massaged kale, chicory, pears, roasted shallots, and a creamy fig dressing with toasted cinnamon pecans on the side (V, P)**

Not Your Mom’s Meatloaf - Beef with onions, carrots, celery, fennel, oregano, coconut flour, and our homemade refined sugar-free tomato sauce (P)

Pomegranate Jalapeno Salmon (+$2) - Salmon with pomegranate seeds, jalapeno peppers, and herb salsa (P)

Mushroom Lentil "Meatloaf" - Hearty "meatloaf" with quinoa, lentils, mushrooms and our homemade refined sugar-free tomato sauce (V)


Garlicky Greens - Swiss chard, kale, and spinach gently sauteed with roasted garlic (V, P)


Garlic Mashed Caulitatoes - Lightly mashed cauliflower and potato with garlic, cracked pepper, and olive oil (V)


Chocolate Chunk Banana Maca Bread - Gluten-free banana bread made with chocolate chunks, ripe bananas, maca root, oat flour, and coconut oil
