MOROCCAN FLAVOR MENU - OCTOBER 14-18, 2019

All menu items are free of refined sugar, gluten, dairy, soy, and artificial ingredients.

Menu includes one salad, two mains, one vegetable, one starch, & one dessert.

Moroccan Spinach Salad - Baby spinach and quinoa tossed with dates, pistachios, persimmon, endive, and a preserved lemon dressing (V)

- MAINS (Select 2) -

Moroccan Chicken - Grilled chicken breasts with turmeric, cayenne, and cinnamon (P)

Spiced Braised Lamb - Slow-cooked lamb with olives, preserved lemons, stewed tomatoes, goji berries, and pomegranate seeds (P)

Lemon Herb Market Fish (+$2) - White fish with hemp seed gremolata (P)

Chickpea Tagine - Braised chickpeas with warming spices, apricots, mint, and chickpeas (V)

Cauliflower "Couscous" - Ginger and turmeric infused cauliflower "couscous" (V, P)

- STARCH -

Harissa Roasted Carrots - Heirloom carrots roasted with Grade A maple syrup and spicy harissa (V,P)

- DESSERT -

Maca Chocolate Coconut Truffles - Puffed brown rice and coconut covered with maca-infused, refined sugar-free chocolate (V)**
